We need a program that will import a list of http/web proxies/port numbers from a txt file then create http requests to specific URLs it will import the URL's from a txt file and make the requests at set intervals from 1 second or 2 or 3 this can be a flag option. We would like it written in C and for if possible or any easier for a coder to do it in shell scripting or javascript for windows having a web interface that is ok. The proxies would be in IP format then a space then the port number. It will load one proxy then make a connection through that proxy to each URL in the url.txt file. Then it will go to the next proxy and connect again to the URLs.
