Description:	I'm looking to find a person or persons to create PDF documents using PHP. I will supply the PHP library and template PHP code, as well as copies of PDF documents that needed to be coded. This project has hundreds of documents that needed to be coded, and I am looking to find long term relationships, that can fill our needs for coding as different amounts of documents are selected for coding. Since this is 'Piece Work', meaning we may have 10 forms to be created this week, 50 next week, 15 the next and so on, we would like to negotiate a piece rate with the winners of these contracts.
