Owner name Owner address Property address propert LAT/LONG (lat long should be generated as a link to yahoo maps) Other misc data (county, tax rate, taxed value) I should be able to pull up a php page and click "collect" from "PINAL Co." or "Santa Cruz Co" etc. The crawler (crawler can be made with with java) then should dump the data into a mysql database. A php page should be built to then examine and print data based on some simple search criteria.
