Description:	I am establishing a new site and want to use osCommerce. I need, however, three modifications to the basic osCommerce version 2.2ms2 site to make it work for my client. They include: 1. The ability to take a Purchase Order Number (PO) at the point of sale, rather than a credit card. This transition must be seamless and should not modify any verification tools built into osCommerce 3. The ability to charge a percentage (%) of the sales price for shipping. Fee must include support for 60 days, if needed to fix bugs. It would be ideal to view a similar working system the bidder has developed before the project is authorized, but not required.
