If MAMBO intergration is not possable I will create a wrapper to load site. A. Client Side 1. Client Login 2. The ability to view account status with list of tickets (Work Orders) 3. Once client clicks on ticket then it will show the details of ticket (Total Costs, the ability to submit feedback, and payment option for one ticket or whole account. 4. The ability to create new ticket with an open status B. Admin Side 4. Admin Login 5. View list of tickets 6. The ability to organized tickets in closed, open, or hold status 7. The ability to view late outstanding tickets by payment and open status. It is the bidders responsibility to completely review client, and admin features and functionality. DO NOT BID if you have not done your homework. Project includes complete design of site, no logo design, all backend database work, all script design, complete email scripts, form handling, customer service interface, shopping cart, ecommerce setup for payment (Paypal plus merchant account), membership area, all web pages. IMPORTANT: DO NOT BID if you are not familiar with everything that needs to be done and are not completely capable of handling everything.
