I just need someone that knows how to install Joomla on a temporary server for design, changes, development, etc. You must know, and have access to Joomla templates, and know how to install them. I will do all the other graphic design changes, and set up menus, categories, news, etc. I want someone who is very fluent with JOOMLA and is from the United States that is willing to communicate by phone, email, and IM. I am a web developer, and outsourcer, and will have numerous projects for you. But like I said, all I want you to do is show me the templates, and install the Joomla on a temporary [working] server, then migrate the site to the live server upon client approval.
