solution with something a little more custom... in essence, we're looking for a BASIC system .. I can do a lot of the addon type stuff we're going to need.. to register a user and manage their details, and to handle billing based on a list of services their subscribed to... Requirements as follows User: Register, manage, subscribe, cancel services, pay bill, etc... Staff: See users, manage accounts, modify password, disable services/account (non payment) Admin: all features on an account. Billing: We need a solution by you to process billing daily for our clients.. this can be in any 'unix' langauge you like, but obviously command line and run via cron ... Account management: I need a simple cut down tool that'll pull out a list of usernames/passwords/domains from your tool for each service.. I'll then intergrate that to our backend management system myself. We currently use freeside, so we'd be looking at you creating us a tool to port data over from that to 'your system'... budget is at most $500.. if you can't quote for it 'all' for $500 tell me what you can do for $500... if you are unable to do it for $500, let me know how much you'd charge to do it all too... Please, no time wasters, if you've not done something like this before, or your not 100% sure how to do this.. do not bid. Payment will be upon delivery of completed code... we will not pay up front, and we will not pay installments... all payments will be made via escrow through getafreelancer.
