small world-like site, including all graphics, html, site design and back end programming. We will likely be hiring someone to maintain all of the above for up to 1 year or more as well, at a later agreed upon rate/salary. We need this site to be ready to be used immediately after completion, able to handle large user loads (in the millions). We prefer to work with a person/team that has experience in similar projects, which we will want to see prior to hiring. We are tight on deadlines and would like to have everything ready within 2 months. We would like all new, original coding, not a clone of friendster or orkut. We will want 100% ownership of the code upon completion. We want to work with an english speaking person/team, with good communication skills. We need someone who is easy to work with and easy to contact. Basically, we want a friendster/orkut like site with all of the same features/capabilites, but with customised to our needs. The customization will be revealed to the hired person/team after a non-compete and non-disclosure agreement are signed. All text content and layouts have been planned on paper.
