Description:	We are looking to create to a customized mailing list manager. There are plenty out there for sale, but we want something that we can meet some very specific requirements. We need someone who has experience writing programs that can effectively deliver email, track email, manage subscribes and unsubscribes via email and a web interface, archive emails, and log SMTP transactions to a MySQL or MS-SQL database. We do not have a preference for what language this mailing list manager is written in, but it will need to be capable of sending lots of email quickly and perform each requirement quickly and efficiently. Each feature of the program will be thoroughly tested and stress-tested. Payment will be made after each milestone. There will be no deposits made.
