I would like this script customized so I can have the main features I need which is to be able to edit the form fields so I can assign specific fields to specific categories because not all of the same form fields will apply all of the different categories. I also would like to be able to edit the search parameters so I can add, delete or edit which fields are shown for searching. The primary purpose of my site is to be a FSBO site specializing in vacation ownership properties for sale, for rent and for exchange in The Bahamas. Users will only be allowed to list properties that are located in The Bahamas, so I need to be able to customize the listing form fields. However users will be located world wide so the registration field can accomodate all countries, cities and or zips. I also would like to be able to create different payment packages based on the user groups. So if a user wishes to list a property, they would have to select a user group such as private seller, investor or agent. The payment packages can be based on the amount of listings allowed, the duration of the listings and other options I may wish to charge for. There are also additional modules that I would like to add in such as the ones found at www.esvon.com/pg/products/p_classifieds/pricing/. An example modules that I would be interested in are below. 1. An availibility module 2. An eEditors module 3. An instant messenger module 4. An auto notify module 5. Rate member module 6. Stock photo gallery module 7. News and Events module 8. Calendar module 9. Private message module In regards to the modules that I would be interested in, there are also some located at www.mods.auscity.com/ They have ready to install PHP/MYSQL scripts priced from $6.35 which I find to be a very good price. I may prefer the Maffo News Module found on this link instead of the example I listed as #7 in my initial description. I would also like a price descsriptor module and a RSS feed which will allow me to display the current weather and temp on my site for The Bahamas from certain feed sources. I would also like the option for users to upload a video to their listings.
