Description:	I need a system to allow me to upload a PDF file(s) and it will convert to a SWF file with vector text. I know there is SWFTools and such, but the problem I have it the number of objects. I need to be able to have a SWF page that is 20 object or less. I am putting these SWF pages into a page flipping application. If I have more than 20 objects per page, it uses too many resources from the local computer to resize. If I use PDF 2 Raster then the text quality isn't great. The conversion to vector SWF creates great text quality when zoomed. Please be able to stick to your exact timeline when posting a bid.
