We are looking to be able to send out canned messages to the recipient (preventing the sender from sending anything they want by utilizing different HTML Message Templates), the message needs to be anonymous. The sender needs to create an account with an email verification system and IP tracking so that we know who the sender is and we save the information in a MySQL DB. We want to be able to keep the sent mails for the senders to review who they sent mails to. We will also want to be able to limit the amount of anonymous emails sent by a user in a given 24 hour period of time. We also want to be able to have a delay in time for the sender to send the email out. That way the recipient does not know who the person that sent the email was based on the time the sender was on their computer (same office, etc.) It would also be good to have a real time tracking system that confirms the email was delivered and or opened by the recipient. The final request would be to also have the messages delivered via text/sms or fax. Payment terms are 25% to be paid 48 hours after the uploading of the portal to our servers to ensure the system is free of bugs and functioning. 70% payment to be released after 7 days of testing. 5% of payment will be retained for 6 months to ensure platform stability. We will require regular updates and demo's. The software will be owned by us and rights for the software will not be retained by the developer.
