Hi, Please read the workscope below very carefully as we are looking for a long term relationship with a company who specialize in SEO work. I have several projects to hand on various websites and if all goes well, I can build this customer base which will increase your business too. The tasks we are looking for will be broken down into specific packages and we are looking to pay on a monthly basis for each client, with a minimum of 6 months per website. The workscope is broken down below: Initially a report should be drawn up looking into the following areas of a particular website: On each project we would look for a report covering the following: (1) Search Engine Friendliness Analysis requires you to conduct various tests. You study the website to identify weak points and recommend changes/modifications as needed. There are various elements that are tested and checked in order to ensure that the website is search engine and user friendly. Some of these checks include webpage loading speed, server tests, webpage type, directory structure, design (use of frames, flash, redirects, doorway pages, cloaking), and accessibility tests, identify any technique that might be considered as spam by search engines etc. (2) Keyword Effective Research: You will optimize your site for qualified relevant keywords; focus on highly requested phrases with low competition. Suggested Keywords for optimization & Link Building Recommendation Link Popularity refers to the recognized number of incoming links for your website across various search engines. The more the incoming links being recognized by the search engine, especially Google & Yahoo, the more value of importance (hence increased ranking & your PR), the better the link the more kudos will be added to your site and therefore improve the sites rankings. Site content (To Be Checked and any recommendations made) The website should have a healthy content to image ratio. In fact, the website should focus on having enough structured content on the website so that users can be involved. Each website page becomes a ranking potential if it has good quality content. A webpage can be optimized for about 3-4 related keywords and thus if your website is missing content, you should try to add articles and other information that can be optimized for the keywords you want to rank for. (This is called keyword weight) Optimized anchor text/image name: Not only should the website be free of broken links, the anchor text or the linked text should also use the keywords for which the linked page is relevant. If the image is hyperlinked, the image name should be optimized to ensure it reflects what the image stands for. We will be optimizing the same to improve search rankings. Custom 404 Error Page: Use a customized 404 error response to keep visitors on the site. Replicating the sitemap as the custom 404 error page is a good idea. Targeted Keywords - Up to 15 keywords for top ranking in Google. Strategy to increase traffic to the website and PR Ranking Creation of a Google Sitemap Normally each project will be over a 6 month period and we will be looking for weekly reports detailing what has been accomplished during the week and reports on the status of the website to show any increasing in rankings… In summary: On-Page Optimization Optimizing Pages for Keywords 6 pages Meta Tag Composition All pages Google Sitemap Add New Content to Pages Website Structural Analysis Off-Page Optimization Reciprocal Quality Link Exchange Minimum of 50 links per month Publish Your Articles - 10 per month through article submission, Ezines, etc (content will be provided by you.) and must be optimized for keyword density, etc) Free Web Directory Submission Minimum of 100 directories registered throughout the campaign (Over 6 months) Detailed Submission Report Monthly Ranking Reports This is not a short term project but a long term partnership with the right SEO company so it is important that a very professional approach is taken and the best service and recommendations made and implemented to help the ranking of our clients and their websites. This will mean the business WILL increase and clients will continue beyond the 6 month initial contract. We are looking for a quotation PER MONTH PER WEBSITE (Minimum of 6 months per website) and we initially look for your to start one site as a test but growing to 2 or 3 sites within the first month, which should grow substantially from there forward. This is one of the packages we offer client above, the other is a slightly smaller package with half the links, articles, directory submissions over the six month term.
