I want the website to be listed in top 10 in at least one of the three famous search engines: Google, Yahoo, and MSN, for the following keyword: used cars houston Please provide the following: 1. Your past work (websites and keywords). 2. Briefly explain your procedures/processes. 3. Number of years you have been in the SEO business. 4. How long would it take. Since I have been ripped off before, I have the following payment terms: 1. The bid amount will be for the total payment (not monthly) 2. No initial payment will be made. The payment of 5% of the bid amount will be made when I would start seeing some work being done and some results are happenning. 3. 20% of the bid amount will be paid when the website gets listed in the top 20 for this keyword. 4. 100% of the bid amount will be paid when the website gets listed in the top 10 on any of the three search engines for this keyword. 5. 120% (20% bonus) will be paid if the website is listed in the top 3 on any of the three search engines for this keyword. 6. I dont like doing escrow. I have an excellent feedback history. But if it is required, I will make escrow only when I feel comfortable enough in the middle of the project after seeing the progress.
