We need an experienced individual or a company to help us with the SEO part of our ecommerce project. This is a brand new web site with a 4 month old .co.uk domain name. We need a plan that would work relatively fast and effective. Our goal is to achieve a position within TOP 1-5 in 15-30 keywords(90% local) in google.co.uk. Only Professional SEO people should apply! Some proof of the prior experience is necessary.) While working on this project you should NOT Violate Google's rules and conditions I need someone who can look at the site and make suggestions on what we need to do to rank better. I also need QUALITY LINKS that are based on electronics and preferably from .co.uk sites. 1. All Links must be one way and permanent for at least 6 months, no reciprocal links will be accepted. 2. Non reciprocal, one way, not paid 3. Links will be from content relevant sites 4. PR Requirement: All links must be a minimum of PR3 - PR10. 5. Only ethical work will be provided 6. Links will contain the target keywords as a text hyper link 7. Linked sites Will be in production (developed and not under construction). 8. No redirects, CGI, JavaScript, hidden links. Simple static html links 9. No links from Link Farms, FFAs, link networks, guest books, Blogs and Blogs pots, forums, guestbook’s, dynamic links, no banned sites by Google, or any other unethical linking methods. NO BLACKHAT SEO!!! 10. No more than 50 outbound on linking page 11. No links from Adult, pornographic, casinos (gaming), pharmaceutical, free hosted, illegal content sites 12. All the links will be from different domains (one link per domain) 13. All links must be fully indexed and indexable by search engines - we will need a report at the end of exactly what pages the links are on, so we can double-check. Links must be indexable and cached by Google (We will check this) 14. Links will be manually submitted 15. There will be no use of automated submission 16. All links and PR will be checked with Fake Page Rank Tool! 17. Links would not be listed on drug, porn, illegal and other offensive websites (spam, ban, or blacklisted). 18. Link page will be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, within frames etc. Page must not be excluded by robots.txt 19. One link per site (IP C-class). No duplicate links on any web site 20. Link pages would have been cached within past 30 days by Google 21. All the link will be from total white hat technique 22. We will check the ranking of each and every link via SEO software to make sure that link LANDING page is PR3+ If you are a talented SEO then this is your opportunity to make $$$ for as long as you like.
