We are looking for an SEO expert to help us where we left off. We have begun optimizing clients Web site but need help completing the job. Client is a Moving and Storage company with locations in New Jersey and Florida. They specialize in residential moving services and commercial relocation (business and office moves) that are local or international. They also offer tradeshow and exhibit moving services for kiosks, etc. Other service offerings include household and commercial storage, and newly added, records and media storage. Areas of focus for this SEO campaign include: Household Moves, Commercial Moves, International Moves, Exhibits & Tradeshows, Packing & Crating, Special Commodities, Household & Commercial Storage, Records & Media Storage, Asset Management, Boxes & Supplies for the New Jersey and Florida area. We have a list of targeted keywords and will provide to selected bidder. The Web site copy has been re-written to include appropriate keywords and site pages optimized, but we need your help in developing a links campaign, submitting the site to Google (plus Google Local), and other appropriate directories and search engines. We would be willing to continue with a maintenance agreement for ongoing links development and monthly reporting, if results are good. (Please include a separate line item with your monthly fees) Please provide the following in your quote: > Costs for developing a links campaign (we are interested in any large amount of links you can get and also high PR3+ sites that are in the same topic). > Submitting the site to Google (plus Google Local), and other appropriate directories and search engines. > Per month cost for ongoing links development and monthly reporting. > What you can offer, details of your SEO claims and previous experience in this field. > Approx timeframe to see results. Payment after report of links has been made and once the pages of links are in Google cache. We reserve the right to refuse any link made or request a replacement. Link Specifications: -One-way (non reciprocal) permanent links linking to the site. -Static & Permanent One-Way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted. -Link must not reside on a page with more than 25 outbound links -Link pages must be cached in Google (within past 30 days) -Links should include the target keywords and or key phrases as a title tag on the text hyperlink. NO RelNoFollow (rel="nofollow") links in the code. -Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script. -Links should not be on Flash sites or pages. -Links must be in text, no graphics. -Links should not be listed on drug, porn, illegal and other offensive websites (spam, ban, or blacklisted). -Links should not be on web pages that are disallowed by robots.txt tag. -Links should not be from framed pages. -All links should be free (i.e., not paid for). -All links must be from a different domain and IP address. -Linked sites must be in production (developed and not under construction). -Links should not be posted and or participate web directory or in any commercial link exchange programs/ web rings/ link farms/ exchange programs.
