LOOKING FOR TRUE SPECIALISTS IN SEO, EHTICAL AND CLEAN LINK BUILDING, PAGE RANKING INCREASE, GREAT WEB DESIGN, A COMPUTER LANGAUAGE SPECIALIST! My former WEB designer and SEO team is no longer working for us and we need a new company to handle our website. He was in the middle of redesigning a brand new site for us so a lot of the work may be done for you if you choose to reuse his stuff. We can detect people and quite fast who truly know what there doing by the responses we get. We have two major concerns... We need someone who is the Master of all... SEO, Web deisgn and computer programming languages and even more so, someone who is VERY creative in making website look great and desining websites and is fluent with photshop and photo editing programs because our site relies heavy on photos as well as quality text in our site. We are BIG on SEO. We understand for the most part on how it works and it is to be done. We were able to get a page rank of 3 in less then one month... we want higher scores, more GOOD quality links and no link "tricks". We are going to have two versions on the site made... one that is stricly seo friendly and one that is strictly flash and animation driven (which of course we dont need for seo). no dirty links, and manual submissions to all the good REAL search engines a must. You will also have to hunt out blogs, and other sites where we can post links that would help us increase our traffic. We are going to be very careful in selecting who is going to do our SEO. we are realistic that our website will not show up always number one or two on the list using popular key terms but we do expect the site to be extremely seo friendly and fully optimized so please do not offer us that we will show up number one forever in google and yahoo. We are sometimes a big tricky to work with b/c we expect and demand perfectio but our friendless and professionalism will shine through if you are the right candidate. We expect constant contact via email and Instant messenging is a MUST. We are in new york in the USA and are in the eastern standard time zone so we would like to be able to communicate with you via IM between 11am and 11pm eastern time (OUR time, not yours). Also, you will be expecte to look over all of our competitors websites to see what they are doing to reach top positions and popularity on the internet. we will review all links that are intend to put us on as well. WE also expect MAJOR input from you... yes we are paying you, but we respect and NEED your opinion throughtout the project as well. Site map building, robots, and all the other great stuff of SEO a must. We also want an easy way for us to remove and add photos and text to the site so we do not have to hassle you for daily small changes. Again we are looking for long term relationships only and we are the BEST referall people out there (we got our last web guy 10 jobs in less than a year!)
