This is a project that can be potentially a long term benefit to any link builder who has clients with real estate and finance type websites. I am looking for people who are trustworthy and reliable. I have a finance directory that has PR 3 currently and the directory itself has many incoming links to it. The domain url is http://www.massive-profits-online.com I am looking for an SEO that wants to partner with me. The proposition is that you get reciprocal links for me so that the PR of the site increases and if I find you trustworthy you can be appointed as an editor for my directory. I.e. it’s a win win proposition: I get more entries into my site and a higher pagerank for my directory, you can more backlinks for your other mortgage, real estate type projects. I am looking for trustworthy people who will not fill my directory with black hat or scam looking type links. The directory has a reciprocal link checking ability so I can tell if the links are legitimate. The settings for the directory is currently set to reciprocal linking on and once the PR and traffic of the site is up to about PR 5 or 6, we can then have three way triangular linking.
