I have an expert answer website. How many and what type of PR links can you offer? My budget is actually $200/ month for link building activity. Will pay through GAF or paypal. Thanks. 0. Links must be permanent, not rented ones. 1. PR only counts from the actual page linking. 2. Must be quality links (no directories, discussion boards, articles sites, link farms, FFA's, blogs, guest books, web rings or paid sites no gambling, pharmacy, porn, or dating sites) or any other garbage. 3. Must use anchored text we supply. 5. No automated submissions, must be manually submitted. 6. No blacklisted or spam sites. 7. No dynamically generated links. 8. Only 1 link per site & no link can have the same C-Class IP & no more than 30 out going links on the page on which ours will appear. 9. Pages where links are placed must be relevant and related to website being promoted. 10. All links must be easily located and must be able to be indexed by search engines, NOT redirects, or disallowed, NOFOLLOW etc. 12.
