This project is as follows: This is an optimized and established web site. I am looking for someone to assist with mainly with Link Building and SEO consulting to obtain position 1-3. (Goal keywords receive between 500 and 1000 searches per day and are mildly competitive.) We are looking for SEO Professional who can move a web store to the higher position in Google and providing Permanent Back links PR3+ Some prior optimization was already done. Our goal is to achieve a position within TOP 5 in 15-20 keywords. Only Professional SEO people should apply! Some proof of the prior experience is necessary. Your techniques must be ethical and within all of Google's guidelines. Full payment will be received when work is verified. We are happy to deposit the funds using escrow. Successful bidders will receive information on website and keywords upon selection. A Confidentiality Agreement and NDA will be required for this project. Please include through PM details of your plan and abilities for consideration. We have many other projects of this nature that may be outsourced in the future upon success of this project. We look to build a lasting relationship with those we work with. We would like a professional with great knowledge of SEO and link building. Please no amateurs or beginners, we will need to see documented references and current results. You will need to provide us with a final spreadsheet of links created: The spreadsheet should include the following: 1. Link site exact URL (please provide a clickable hyperlink) 2. Site Name 3. Site Type 5. Google Page Rank Please read the following guidelines for back links The To Do Rules * Links must be permanent, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our website * The page our link is placed on must be PR3+ and related to our key words. * Links should contain the target key phrase as a text hyperlink * Link page should be only from English language sites * One link per domain and should not be spread across sub domains. * Links should be all from different class C IP ranges. * Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, no dead end links, cloaking, framed and page must be static pages * Link page must already be indexed and RECENTLY cached (within the last 3 months or so) by Google and Yahoo!. * Must give weekly reports on project status (4 weeks- 4 reports) The Don't Do These Rules *No more than 30 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed * No directories, relevant discussion boards or articles sites, link Farms, FFA's, blogs, guest books, web rings, paid sites, gambling, porn or dating sites *No scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. * The pages should not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the "rel=nofollow" tag. * No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable. * No redirects, JavaScript links, Flash sites/pages * No banned Sites, or black-hat tactics please * No blacklisted or Spam sites * No dynamically generated links * No automated submissions, (all links must be manually submitted) * Our website is not to be posted for any type of solicitation of links, IE you are not to post our website in any link exchange directory.
