We outsource link building and are seeking a reliable long-term source. Keep that in mind. Project type: Link Building Requirements- Goal: Upgrade home page to a Google PR5 or better in 3 months using only honest and proper SEO link building strategies. Business/ Industry: Web Design Current condition of site: SEO friendly pages; may need improvement but only advice is necessary from provider. Recent domain name change/ not picked up by Google. 29 recognized inbound (backward) links on Google for old (still active) domain (PR4). Keyword Phrases: Provided in links, pages already optimized. Link types required: One-way, triangular and reciprocal (as you see fit). Must be from reasonably business-related sites with good SEO. No tricks, no crappy link farms. Local and regional (USA) direct competitors are excluded. -Remember the goal is to get to a PR5 in 3 months using proper and honest techniques – NO BS! How Many Links? That’s for you to figure out. LINKS MUST BE PERMANENT Restrictions: --No Porn, No Gambling or otherwise objectionable content sites as link partners or even sites that link to such content. Professional business (family friendly) only. --Access to site will NOT be provided, all work will go through me, via email. (I am a web designer and can handle the updates) Payment Terms: 1/3 down; 2/3 upon attainment of goal (PR5). If you fail to meet the 3 month goal you will be granted an extension to recover 1/3 of the remainder. The other 1/3 will be lost for failure to meet deadline. If you fail to meet extension deadline, its over. Bonus!!: If you can accomplish this in shorter time, two months, you will get a 1/3 bonus above the full payment!
