Timeframe Start: Anytime. Completion: within 2 weeks. See attached file for website name. This project is similar to a previous posted project, however the websites are different. This is a lead generation site for a regional long distance moving company (the other project is for the national company). The only goal of the site is to have visitors fill out the forms or moving quotes. The site is currently for Canada only. The most important component of the site are the estimate forms. They're currently too cumbersome. The current site is a static site, perfectly fine to build it this way again. However, it can be built with Joomla or Wordpress as well, please indicate so in your bid. Estimate Forms Well, they're massive. The leads they generate are very good. However their conversion ratio is low. The forms can be split up into multiple page forms instead of one super long form. Shorter forms generate more leads. I use a server based form script generator so you will have access to use it. There is no requirement to know how to program with this form generator. I see it working like this: Ideally a short form is first with a 'next' button. The 'next' button displays an optional form but the content of the first form is recorded and sent. The optional form is more detailed. Site Structure The site must be build with SEO standards. We're talking the basics here like keywords in the filename, title tags, metatags and meta page descriptions that relate to the content (ie not all the same), CSS utilizing H1, H2, H3 tags for paragraph headings, .htaccess file that redirects old file names (unless you use the exact same structure), etc. I demand clean code and minimal slicing on graphics. I've worked with designers that slice a rectangular graphic into 48 pieces, we're not doing that here. Template Use I would prefer an original design, however, as the forms and layout are more important an effective template with all the images changed could be acceptable. Please indicate if your bid involves the use of a template. It is acceptable to use a purchased Joomla or Wordpress theme, just indicate so. Images I use an image source that I will provide you with to select images. I will purchase whatever images are necessary. Note on posting 2 projects.
