Description:	We need somebody to take our xhtml/css templates (2 pages - home page, and a text page) and apply it to Drupal. We also need modules to also show up on the homepage for categories such as Recent News and Upcoming Events. For example, if we post news, it should show up on the homepage, and then link out to the whole article.
