The site should have a login backend which will allow members or admins to search and match qualified candidates to appropriate employers. We need the functionality to search by country / Job type etc. So this needs databas functionality. The ability to submit resumes, and avail jobs directly to us via email, or an online form. I know this has been done many times before. Let me know if you have created something similar which we can work together and adapt. Remember PROFESSIONAL is the key to winning this project.
