Description:	We need to have a Neighboorhood website infrastructure done. This site should be able to used by neighboorhoods, Home Owners Associations, Communities to share information, be connnected, upload photo/video, have calendar functionality. Admin account for the whole site, each community/neighboorhood will have their own main subsite (that has their own main users that can edit, publish). Either through a facebook interface gadget, or their own system networking should be provided. So what we are looking for with Facebook llike functionality of something like this (http://www.hoa-sites.com) . http://www.hoa-sites.com builds sites, we are looking to have mini sites that can be automatically built.
