Need some type of CMS (joomla?) for 2 "news" type info sections on the home/index page which are small text areas that must link to the corresponding two pages within the website. Info on home/index page would be a preview of the information on the linked pages - vertical scrolling is ok. The preview section on the home/index page and the corresponding linked pages must have content management for frequent changes (using an admin panel). CMS must be simple to manage, easy, fast, and must look professional and consistent with the pre-installed template design.
