system to run a Notary business that sells site membership, supplies, and dispatch work to notary providers. The winning bidder will receive much more details. The following is a general summary of the work needed. Scope of Work 1. Add shopping cart feature to CMS 2. The Company business logics will be satisfied with Client & Client Users search/delete/edit forms, Job search/delete/edit forms, and Notary search/delete/edit forms. Company setup forms to dynamically configure site. I need a login maintenance form for the company, client, and notary users. 3. The Client user business logics will be satisfied with these type of forms: Create new job, Search job/delete/edit, create new client user/delete/edit, and customer data linked per client. 4. The Notary user business logics will be satisfied with these type of forms: Job search per notary, notary profile edit, and notary service location area. 5. I have a preliminary database design that needs further tweaking to satisfy requirements. 6. The web system needs to generate on the demand and automatically completed job reports, commission reports, billing reports, etc. I have explored a few options and I am open to some suggestions. We could probably integrate a third party web accounting system. 7. The web systems needs to implement a two-way email confirmation workflow system where a client can request a certain Notary via email. The Notary would have an option to accept or decline the job offer without a dispatcher intervention. 8. Integrate new modules with CMS in regards to security, website design templates 9. Utilize google or mapquest map with overlaying notary location. 10. Provide basic SEO for the corporate website. Thank you for your time and happy bidding.
