Description:

I have a photoshop image with the design of the website, we would like to
convert this image to a CSS template for joomla 1.5.
There also need te be a forum on the website with a bridge installed between
the forum and joomla. The main menu has to be a dropdown menu. The rest of the
site is a little basic.

we will provide the following:

- all the graphics (logo,header image, bg images)

We need:
0. the template must work on joomla 1.5 without legacy mode on.

1.template must follow the W3C standards.

2.The template must work without any problems on both Firefox, IE7 and
Especially IE6.

No need for installing the background installation of joomla or adding content
to the website.
