PHP, MYSQL – we are open to other suggestions There will be about 10 pages – to start! The main purpose of the website will be to display a list of properties in NYC. We have a database of properties in NYC and constantly update it in excel. We will need a tool that will allow us to upload an excel file into the database (appending records and rejecting duplicates) We are planning to make this database available to general public on subscription basis. We want to build a website that will have a search page that will query the database and produce a report. A user will be able to click on individual line and get a detailed page (if they are registered. If they are not, then a sign up page will be displayed) Please see attached file for project details.
