Website must allow visitors to add doctors to the website's databse by name and
location and then rate those doctors based on customer satisfaction.
For example, a website visitor should be able to enter the following
information:
Doctor Name: Dr. Romaine
Location: Concord, New Hampshire
Overall rating: 10
Comments: Dr. Romaine did a great job on my triple bypass!

This website will be free to use, not for profit, to help anyone find a doctor
(or dentist) they can trust.

it's probably best to start this website from scratch and not use the current
