It’s a website for a machinery company with six categories of homepage/about us/products/services/news/contact us (might be modified later). The budget for the site is no more than us$500. Templates/ database/all information must be stored using utf8. php/mysql/utf8 There will be flash banner for the homepage. You also need to provide a backend for the site so the site owner can add/edit/delete information (text and images). The owner must be able to create categories and subcategories, and the owner must also be able to create content for each of them. Option for 2 languages must be offered. Please only bid if you accept the following conditions: 1. You are willing to deliver the complete site by Nov. 25th. 2. You are willing to keep us updated every other day for the progress of the development. 3. You accept 50% of paypal payment when the project is done and 50% of the payment when you have made changes according to the change request of the client.
