We
require programmers to give us, NOT an hourly rate cost, but a quotation for
"The whole Job/contract". We need a specified amount, not an 'estimated amount'
to take to our finance team.
We're also based in the United Kingdom, and perferably would require the company
we choose to be UK based too, but this is not necessary. We already have a
company website, www.hope-eternal.com, but as stated above, what we are looking
to do now, is to somehow 'clone' various interactive features of the exampled
sites listed above.
In order to see how the site(s) work, you may have to open an account (which is
free) because you have to have a 'profile' in order to access and use the
facility, or to see a bit more clearly what is needed from you, you may not get
the full idea from just browsing the Home Pages of the above sites.
For example the site you create for us, will have to have:-
(1): Access so that clairvoyants/participants/clients can create and maintain
their own profiles as shown on the example sites, as well as enter Credit
Card/Debit Card details etc. All we would have to do then is to 'approve' their
profiles before making them active on the system.
(2): The site will be/has to be fully automated, so some kind of Integrated
Voice Recognition system may have to be introduced somehow? The clients/readers
don't talk to site owners/staff, 'robots' and automated voices do it all. Once a
reader is engaged on a call, their profile/icon will show 'Busy' etc. The client
would also be able to email the reader if they chose, to arrange a call back
etc.
On Keen for instance, when a client clicks on the readers 'Call-Now' button, the
system connects them by the Keen system ringing the readers home phone number to
alert them of a client waiting to consult with them - the reader then has to
press the '1' key to accept, or '2' to decline etc, once the number '1' has been
pressed, the automated voice then says, "Please introduce Yourselves", then the
caller and reader are connected to begin the call - that is what we would
require our new site to be able to do.
(3): Some kind of 'admin' facility needs to be set up also, whereby on
Keen.co.uk for instance, readers have to click on an icon to request their
monthly paychcecks to be sent out each month/week etc, whereby on the
Kasamba.com site, they send their readers their salary direct to their bank
accounts using PayPal.com. We would require some kind of system similar to be
built in to this site also. Possibly a choice of monthly paper cheque being sent
out, or the option of being paid via Paypal etc.
(4): Profile owners/readers/clients, should be able to access their own Account
Screens, to see how much money they've earned, clients they've spoken to,
history of their callers/calls, able to access email facility within their own
screens (clients should be able to email the reader through the site to arrange
call backs etc).
(5): A 'Star-Rating' system would also have to be put on, where clients could
leave 'Feedback' that other readers or potential clients could view/read/access
etc.
There are many many other features that may be required, but would take far too
long to go into on this advert. As we say, the best thing to do would be to
access the sites (not just browsing through the Home Pages) to see how the
systems properly function!
We are looking to incorporate only the:-
Religion/Spiritualistic/Esoteric/Clairvoyant/Tarot side of these sites only -
not involving the other services that Keen & Kasamba offer.

ratings etc. The price we're given is the price we pay etc.
