I had posted a project sometime ago and gave programmer from here two extra
months to finish. But, alias he never completed. I need someone to finish the
project. You can visit the site that the programmer started by going to
http://www.411-hosting.com/new. Here is the description that I orginally used in
my first project posting.

First things first.

* I need a professional crisp, clear, and lots of white space design that sells
and turns visitors into sales

*I need it done quickly and affordable

*I need someone who can work on their own and understands that I DO NOT want to
have to go find a site that is comparable and also find a design and do all the
work

*Winner gets best chance at my next 5-10 other projects that I will be posting
soon

I have the Website yerky.com, a hosting website. I need to finish the site to
ensure that the following criteria are met.

It needs to have a:

Home Page
FAQ Page
Domain Name Lookup Page
Services Page
Purchase Hosting Packages Page
Purchase Templates Page
Purchase Logos Page
Purchase Software/Scripts Page
TOS Page
Members Only Page


Under the Members Only page/site (perhaps a subdomain?), it needs to have the
following:

Login Page (Can it be tied into the cPanel login, meaning one and the same?)
Ticket Support System
Access for free to all templates, software, scripts that are for sale on the
main site
cPanel Login (Link or embedded login script?)

Along with the basic design and layout I need the following as well:

SEO (I am flexible and have no problem paying a bonus down the road if you get
me in the top 10 rankings.)
Automatic account creation - similiar to WHM autopilot
A place holder for future Domain Name registration page
Ticketing System - Can use open source ticketing system (for the member's only
support system)
Payment gateway integration for purchases - Must include at least paypal
Forgot password feature for cPanel

Now, I have been an HTML designer in a previous life and still dabble in it
along with several other languages. I do not care if the current site or a
template is used, an open source project or anything else, but at the end of the
day I will require FULL RIGHTS OF OWNERSHIP of the work done on this site.

If you already have the scripts, great, I do not need unique work, however I do
need clean work, and the site yerky.com completed. The site needs to flow as a
single site, not individual websites hacked together.

For the winning bid, I will need a suggestion/proposal of the work prior to
selecting the winning bid.
