Task 1 - Prepare final web design prototype / stylesheet (in HTML / Photoshop) based on supplied design idea. - The prototype will be required for 3 screens: 1) Login screen - similar to http://www.date.com/ or http://www.perfectmatch.com 2) Post Login and - similar to http://www.yahoo.com 3) Generic template for data display (ie. table definition) - Site is not graphic dependent / intensive. You should be using CSS 2 to come up with table / color / section definition - Each page will have drop down top menu bar and a side sub-menu (except Login screen) Task 2 - Enhance existing web application based IM design - You will design a number of pop up screen Task 3 - Create a number of original icons (for example, email/search/IM etc.) similar to http://www.yahoo.com or http://www.hotmail.com Once you are done, my UI programar should be able to use your supplied HTML / Photoshop / Images / Icons and apply these elements to the site. It will not be your responsibility to apply the design to the site. Some past example of UI design work would be helpful in selection process. Note: The examples mentioned above are ideas only.
