Web Calendar Appointment System: =============================== Our company is seeking a web based calendar system with the following features: Web Users (CUSTOMERS): 1) can select a date on the calendar to see if they are able to make an appointment on that date, and what times slots are still available. 2) can select type of appointment they are coming in for (drop down list that we can modify later on - i.e. personal taxes, corporate taxes, llc etc. each of these takes up a certain amount of time - be aware of this when creating calendar !! - meaning personal taxes may take up 45 minutes, llc may take up 2 hours etc. so based on what customer selects we want a block of time to be unavail for others to set appointments up...see below on general info...) 3) customer should receive an email advising him/her of date/time selected and for what reason they made an appointment 4) CUSTOMER WILL GET A REMINDER 48 HOURS BEFORE APPOINTMENT WITH A LINK TO CANCLE THEIR APPOINTMENT, IF CLICKED THE WEB PAGE WILL AUTOMATICALLY THEN CANCLE AND CONFIRM CANCELLATION AND ASK CUSTOMER IF THEY WOULD LIKE TO RESCHEDULE THEIR APPT TIME/DATE. IF CUST CLICKS ON YES, LINK TO TAKE THEM BACK TO THE CALENDAR TO MAKE A NEW APPT. 5) BASED ON WHAT TYPE OF APPT CUSTOMER IS REQUESTING AN APPROPRIATE NUMBER OF MINUTES WILL BE BLOCKED OUT TO DO THEIR TAX WORK. (DBA 45 MINUTES, LLC 90 MINUTES, C OR S CORP 120 MINUTES, PERSONAL TAXES, PERSONAL FILING JOINT RETURN 60 MINUTES) 6)may add additional requirements as project progresses =============================== INTERNAL VIEW OF CALENDAR: =============================== 1) INTERNAL EMPLOYEES CAN SEE A DAY AT A TIME, WEEK AT A TIME, OR MONTHLY CALENDAR. THEY CAN ALSO MARK DAYS WHEN SPECIFIC CLIENTS CANNOT COME IN. I.E.
