I am looking for someone who can make any modification to Vbulletin to do the following modifications for me in order to end up with a product that functions strongly as both a message forum and a personals service without any problems. Registration will be the normal vBulletin registration with some additions such as it should ask if it's a single person or a couple, perhaps ask if the couple is married, if the single person is divorced, etc. Zipcodes will be required and the search function will not only allow you to search the message forum, but search the members database and limit results by distance, time since last login, pictures only, sexual preference, etc. In order to view private photos the person must have granted you access, you can see who's added you to their access list, and who you've added, etc. Vbulletin already has a nice inbox for private messaging. You will make sure that people can not send instant messages unless they are paying members (recurring billing via paypal). They should be allowed to respond to private messages though. vBulletin 3.0.3 already has paypal support.
