I need Phase I done by 5/13 or ASAP. You can take a look at Phase II on the
attached Word Document and see if your qualifications match my future needs.
All work should be your original and I need the copyright for all images. I
would like you to encode my copyright information into each graphic.
Crossplatform compatability is necessary, especially with Mozilla and I.E.
Everything should be in websafe colors.
For the home page, I want an interface with a central two column graph with a
funky menu buttons like this: http://www.troncophotography.com/index.asp. The
actual size of the two column graph should be about 2/3 the size of the one in
the above link.

For the left hand side cell:
I want simple and primitive, (yet cute – see sample below) looking stick figure
style Hawaiian petroglyphs fading in and out in at random in succession in the
left hand side of 1 row, 2 column graph (as in troncophotography.com). I want
these petroglyphs drawn in white: turtle, fisherman, boat, surfer, paddleman,
bird, family, rainbow man, muscle man, runner, musician, papa drawn and made to
fade in and out. 12 are needed for now. Maybe we'll need more in the future.

Some examples I borrowed that I particularly like are in the attached word
document. Your originals would have to look a little different.
For the right hand side cell:
The righthand side of central 2 column central graph (as in
troncophotography.com) needs your original banner shaped hover buttons with a
petroglyph turtle (see above) on the right end of each banner button. For the
time being, I need you to make these buttons with links to the following 5 pages
which I will write and design myself:
Login
FAQ-Korean (on the button, “FAQ Korean” written in Korean)
FAQ-Japanese (with “FAQ-Japanese” written in Japanese)
FAQ-English
Contact
I want to be able to change the names on the buttons myself and have a few extra
available to me.
For the background
I want the contact page to be a form page that sends to my yahoo email address.
I'd like a background for the home page, like the file in the attached Word
document, just with no clouds and no boat.

To accommodate the above menu interface, the water line and island should be
placed another 10-15% lower on the page. On the island, between the left two
trees, I'd like white outlines of transparent figures (one male and one female)
facing each other and mirroring each other, holding hands on the island. Their
bodies, when mirrored, should make a heart shape. I'd like them to look like
Kokopelli in the attached Word Document, (just not holding a flute), The female
Kokopelli one needs a grass skirt and a flower lei.

Thanks for all your bids. I really am looking for a bidder under
the $500 mark. ($250 sounds even better to me though!!) In all fairness to the
other designers, if you've put a low bid that you can't commit to, please let me

Violent protests and rioting in the streets have necessitated two small changes
(lol!):
Alteration 1
Two versions of the home page are needed. A Korean version and a Japanese
version, like this:
Version 1 buttons
1) Login
2) FAQ-Korean (on the button, “FAQ Korean” written in Korean)
3) FAQ-English
4) Contact
My company name needs to be written in Korean in the bottom of the right cell.
Version 2
1) Login
2) FAQ-Japanese (on the button, “FAQ Japanese” written in Japanese)
3) FAQ-English
4) Contact
My company name needs to be written in Japanese in the bottom of the right cell.
Alteration 2
Could you bid any lower if you held the copyright for the images and just
allowed me to use them in my sites? At present there are only 2 sites and I
don't plan on getting more. Keywords will be to a large extent in Japanese and
Korean as that is how foreigners search so few Americans will visit the sites).
I will never resell the images since you hold the copyright. You can put your
copyright on the page and in the images. The only clause I would need is the
option to sell the site and my school in its entirety to another business but if
I did that, what would happen to my life work? In business for 10 years and
planning to stay in it.
