We need an application mixing the following: http://studio.choiceshirts.com/choicestudio/orcad.aspx and amazingprint.com's e-card builder professorprint.com Yhe main one i like is the choiceshirts.com one with ability to accommodate various media types. What I do: I produce business cards, postcards, carbon forms, envelopes, letterhead, folders, banners, full color t-shirts, embroidery, yard signs, and more. What I would like to be able to have users do: Start with template's I can create somehow that show size of final card and have margins inside (to deal with printing bleeds), that the only thing that can go outside is a full background image. I would like users to be able to pick from images and clipart I have online (and that I can keep adding to), then add their own text (whereever they like in their choice of fonts, can be a small list, and choose colors). I also like the ability to add their own images, with a popup like in the shirts site listed above that shows them what print quality will look like. I really like the way this shirt site works, I'd just like it to be adaptable to other items I produce, especially business cards. At the end I would like the ability for the program to save the final product as a pdf or other high res image. In the case of the t-shirts, I like the way the shirt is shown in the background, but in this one the shirt image would need to be out of the final file. I'm not quite sure what website software is needed to do this, I have a basic website serviceapex.com and I recently purchased a site from 1and1.com that I have not built yet but I would like it to do the above. Specified items and would need to know what requirements the server would need to have. No website required. This would basically be a close of the T-shirt Studio Designer almost 100% with the additions listed above. I would also need to be able to add background designs and pricing, cliparts and photo backgrounds/images. Reasonable and guaranteed turnover time expected, not a rush but not 6 months either. The site customer/user must have these options available: Choose item type and in case of T-shirt, style, size, and color Upload own logo / Image / Photo Design Add Artwork from Studio Multi-Category Library Manipulate artwork by editing the colors, rotating, aligning, nudging and resizing, duplicate and remove image buttons. Add Text, Manipulate text by selecting different font, text size, text color, text spacing, text alignment, text rotation, text curve, nudge, text duplicate and remove options Also Load Previously Saved Designs Access to help menus, t-shirt size menu, etc and everything else that is included in the URL below. http://studio.choiceshirts.com/choicestudio/orcad.aspx Please go through the studio demo and use it. Use the application to understand the whole system, We need similar features. We will need the following capability at back-end administrator: Upload and add/ change the artwork from catalog Change / Add the different fonts for text Change the different T-shirt designs, colors and prices Add overall size images with a margin inside that text can not go beyond. Receive the orders in high resolution format,and easily accessible via our Admin. We would like the ability to integrate the features above, have a checkout cart system so users can design their item t-shirt and pay for it. Would also need a final approval screen that shows item after bleeds are trimmed, IE: As a printed for instance, business cards with bleed are printed as 3.75x2.25, but when we create them we keep all text/images besides background inside all sides by .3". What happens in reality is that .125" comes off all sides (creating color to edge). So I would like final proof to show card as trimmed to 3.5x2 so they know what final product would look like. Users must be able to load the application via links from the site, design there t-shirt, save design for later or proceed to checkout after designing and complete checkout and pay. You need to tell me how to do this and/or do it for me. I have some programming knowledge as does my partner. He also has database experience. This applet will probably need tweaking as we get customer response when its up and running, and we have no problem with providing faair compensation. We know this is a costly project and have budgeted accordingly. We are considering softwares that do quite a bit, some are as much as 3-$10000, the big thing we don't like is many charge monthly fees and backend fees forever, which we feel is ridiculous, so we are trying to do the whole thing internally. Full Source code required on completion. Budget: Considering things as high as 3-$10000, of course as always lower is better :) - if I know you can do the project and you have other work to show me its open to discussion and I would be willing to pay for your expertise.
