Description:	Designer will provide graphics. Needs implementation of straightforward 7 page site. Left hand vertical pop-up navigation with css multi-column layout. Validation/near validation is somewhat important. One page has portfolio to be generated as css element with approximately 13 images. This site has a sharp design and will show very well. Designer is looking to establish long term relationship with programmer. Programmer must have strong php/mysql/xml/etc. for future jobs. Additional Info (Added 11/5/2004 at 23:25 EST)... To be more clear... I am the designer looking for a programmer to implement my design which will be provided in illustrator/photoshop layout. I am looking for a mostly css dependent site. So if you are unfamiliar with page layout in css... then don't bid please. I will provide a jpg of the site layout upon request. If you are familiar with css. then you know that this site could be done with two file loads... the page content and the referenced style sheet.
