PROGRAMMER CHARACTERISTICS: I am looking for a SERIOUS AND SKILLED PHP Programmer with great communication skills to finish my web hosting e-commerce website. Whoever bids MUST MEET THE DEADLINES. Additional extra time might be given based on job progress. Also programmer MUST BE IN CONSTANT COMMUNICATION at least once a day(via phone and email) to check on progress of work done so we can minimize errors or misunderstandings therefore we don't waste time. Programmer must have his/her own modules (classes) with proper front-end and Administration areas so the E-Commerce can be managed (example, ability to configure store, change prices, CMS (Customer Management System), manage customer database, categories, discounts, newsletters, etc.). At the end, before you receive payment, the work done will be fully tested and revised by myself and my in-house programmer. You MUST show examples of websites with similar work done that are fully functional. You must show your considerable progress by the first week. Wherever you are located, you must provide a phone number to reach you. Upon completion, there will be more projects to do, therefore if you do a super job, and if you have nice modules you will get more work. PROJECT TECHNICAL HIGHLIGHTS: There will be some graphic design involved to cut a few images(just a little). HTML Templates are already created (however, there are mockups to be cut). You must know how to work with "includes". Breadcrumming system plus overall logic of website is already developed. My in-house programmer will explain. You must know how to work MySQL. You must rename CSS to more descriptive names. CSS is done already, maybe add more but pretty much done. Just need to put more descriptive names. Make some tweaks to the Domain Name Search and Whois Lookup. Code MUST BE CLEAN and WELL ORGANIZED so it can be understood and read quickly. You mut know how to work with SSL / HTTPS / as well as credit card transaction from my provider Authorize.net(see: http://www.authorize.net/support/guides.php). You must show screenshots or an online demo/example of your Administration Panel. You can see what was done so far at: http://www.abbiiss.com/archie/ PROJECT DESCRIPTION: You can see what was done so far at: http://www.abbiiss.com/archie/ In essence there are 2 things to do: 1-Simply to walk the customer from the actual choose of domain name, Whois Lookup, then add hosting, then to the shoping cart, login, then pay and confirmation. 2-Do the PRODUCTS PAGE with ADD TO CART links to buy. Remember that the page generation must be in accordance with the breadcrumming (which is already implemented and is working). Please try to visualize the following description: You can see what was done so far at: http://www.abbiiss.com/archie/ Basically it is the same idea as Netsol.com, or Register.com, really easy to do for the experienced programmer. Simply to walk the customer from the actual choose of domain name, Whois Lookup, then add hosting, then to the shoping cart, login, then pay and confirmation. For the products, the products must be entered. There are some 250-300 products to be added. Remember when customers browse the website where it says PRODUCTS, customer must be able to brose products. You can just generate the page for the 300 (or whatever amount of products) with the fields linked to the administration panel so I can fill the products myself. Remember all Products must follow my templates' design. WEBSITE PATTERN AND STEPS: You can see what was done so far at: http://www.abbiiss.com/archie/ STEP 1: Visitor goes to the website homepage: (you can see www.abbiiss.com/archie to see what was done so far). STEP 2: In the Domain Name Search, visitor types domain name to search, and then hits the SEARCH button. STEP 3: Visitor gets the domain Search Results, then checks on the domain(s) he wants. (Visitor can check the WHOIS to see who has a domain that was not available, and can come back to the Domain Search Results page). Then click CONTINUE. STEP 4: The ADD WEB HOSTING page shows up. User can choose a web hosting he or she wants to add to the domain he/she picked. User clicks CONTINUE. STEP 5: The Shopping Cart shows up listing all the products the visitor is buying, with choices of changing the lenght, such as 2, 3 4, etc years for Domains, and 3, 6, 12, etc months billing period for hosting, each one showing the price. Visitor can delete the product he doesn't want. Once visitor is ready, click CONTINUE: STEP 6-1: Login page: Current Users and New Users (subdided into Individuals and Business users) STEP 6-2: In the login page, it will be offered a FORGOT PASSWORD link, we need to do that too. STEP 7-A: New Users must fill out a registration form which has 2 pages: Personal Information and Credit Card information. Then users must hit PURCHASE to finalize the purchase. STEP 7-B: Current Users must login, then they will see their informacion on the first page (Personal Information page described above) and then hit CONTINUE and see their credit card information. Then same as STEP 7-A, hit PURCHASE. STEP 8-1: Once user hits PURCHASE, he will get basically get 3 responses: A-Missing Fields Error Message(if he missed to put required information). B-Sorry, the transaction Declined C-Congratulations, your transaction completed succesfully... Check your email. ================================================================================ STEP 9: From the Home Page, we need to implement the SEARCH SITE button so visitors and users can do a search through the site. STEP 10: Same as Home Page, the Support Page has its own Search for which I have contents for. When user types a keyword, for example: EMAIL SETUP, the search engine should look for that keyword in the tittle of each HTML page I have stored. Results to be displayed will be the tittles the search engine looked. Results must be listed in order by number showing the tittle of the web page, a bit of content, and the address below. ================================================================================ WHAT WAS ALREADY DONE: -You can see what was done so far at: http://www.abbiiss.com/archie/ -Mockups -Domain Search and Whois Lookup Modules (but it needs a little tweak) CONSIDERATIONS: 1-For the Shopping Cart System, there must be a back-end Contol Panel for me to change prices and discounts. 2-The web pages in general work with includes, the footer, header, body and right bubbles are all includes. 3-The bread crumming system is already done, but the pages needs to be bread-crummed. 4-The Domain Name Search in the home page is done already, however I want a little tweak fo searching, I want users to get a "smart result" wether they put domain, or domain.com, or wether they check the .com, .net, etc check button or not, or if the user typed .com and also checked the .com check button. 5-Mockups are done for the website. However, occationally you will need to cut some graphics, which are already drawed as JPEG. 6-You will work only with the left, right and body includes(some pages have 2 includes as the body, and some pages the entire body is an include). You will not really touch the header and footer includes unless it is necessary. 7-The entire website is breadcrummed, and as I said above, the breadcrumming programming is done. 8-You must work very clean in your ocational graphic design as well as your coding, you must put //comments so whoever continues can easily follow.
