I need someone that knows what their doing and not a chop shop type designer. I don't need to hear how long you have been doing design work or programming, I need to see results, meaning show me what you've done. I need someone that can work asap and get this done before the weekend comes. I'm using a program called SAM3 and using shoutcast to do the live streaming. I will be using a banner rotation system that will need to be installed, simple to do , I will also need a newsletter installed which I have both. Please don't waste my time and I won't waste yours.
