Description:	need someone to create an african-american/people of color animation that can be placed on website and need an ability to type in the words that the animation will speak... so you need to add sound options, need character options, dressing/clothing options, scenery options, and background options... i guess this may be somewhat similar to the help feature on computers and the voice features in computers that enable you to have a voice style or pick a person to speak... need both real cool and professional options... if language options can be there, all the better...
