Description:	Very very simple code needed for an HTML/Javascript expert. Look at this html page. 1. Please whithout changing the drop boxes to dynamic. Leave as is. I just want for drop select box 2 and box 3 to change when I change select box 1. 2. I want the "Y" NOT "X" (NOT BOTH) scrollbar to always appear in the textarea even when nothing in it. Currently it does "not" work with the "Mozilla" Browser. No scrollbars appear unless I type lines. I want it to work in Netscape and Mozilla browsers.
