Each user or group can by given, or denied, a wide range of permissions to folders or even content (e.g., each user can exist in an unlimited number of user groups). - Approval Proces: Every added/edited content has to go through an approval process followin an approval chain setup by the admin.(example: writer --> editor (to review) --> publisher (to publish). - Content approval: When an approval chain for a content folder, or content block, is established, users editing this content are given an option to “submit” the content. Choosing the submit option initiates the approval process. During this process, approvers are notified by e-mail, and from their personal Workarea, that content is awaiting their approval. - Task Assignement: Administrators and users (with write/edit priviliges) can create, assign and monitor content management tasks. By assigning tasks to edit pages and create new content, Web site content management is more efficient and content remains up to date. - Tasks can be content specific by "attaching" a content block with the task or non-content specific like adding a new user to the Web site or updating a collection. - Content Scheduling: The ability to schedule content to automatically determine when it will be viewable on or removed from the site. If a start time is specified for a content block, changes will only appear on the live site as of the scheduled date and time. Similarly, if an end time is specified, the content block will no longer appear on the site as of the expiration date. - Banner Management: must support all formats. ========================= I will post soon more specific requirements about the price-wach module (is a must). ======================= I would like to underline there are no time frame restrictions, though preferale.
