Description:	Need site similaar to www.fc-realtors.com with banner rotation/text links...simple to use admin w/browse button for uploading of banners...also easy text update for front page (home) and description of properties as they will change time to time...review the site and you will see what I mean...flash logo upon site entry of logo (needs improved) and flash-rotating pics of houses same as example site...ask all questions prior to bidding...admin must have newletter manager with auto-response letter for those who register... 40% after approval of design/homepage...remainder once completed and uploaded to my server... I will own 100% Please thoroughly review example site and understand it thoroughly....ask all questions prior to bidding....as I want many of those features but better logo design and am open to suggestions..
