/ web application will permit: - agents to logon and manage all details about the properties on the site, and user management - un registered prospective buyers to search the website for properties that are available for sale - registered prospective buyers to search website for available properties, and have a few additional features over and above what unregistered prospective buyers have. - seller to logon and view information about their property, and certain other information - buyer to logon and view property details, and certain other information I would expect to have the project completed in stages (sequence as above), and payment at the end of each stage.The code to be such that additional modules can be added onto the site at a later stage if required. I also expect to have full copyright of the code at successful delivery of the project. Coding should be in PHP, HTML and Javascript. Database will be MySQL. Site presentation, i.e. website design, will probably be changed at a later date to meet company design standards. The site should however be fairly presentable.
