I hope :) This is a business to business billing site with lots of extra features. Mostly it is an invoicing and CRM tool, with lots of bells and whistles. I want a script with which to provide a co-branded portal for my clients via any web browser 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Clients can upload and use your their own logo on their customer's and client's co-branded portal home page. They will have several color schemes and templates to choose from - I would like 12 different templates, with 4 distinct styles each available in a nice contemporary looking red, green, blue and or gold base color scheme. Clients should be able to use a web based WYSIWYG editor to add your own custom content to your customer's and client's portal home page in a center region of the template, something like a news and alerts message from the web site user to his visiting customers. We want to offer the capability to monitor one (1) valid web-site URL on port 80 for 365 days a year and let you know if it goes down by being unresponsive to an http or https request more than 3 times in row in 60 minutes. We will inform you by email, and/or a text message to your cellular telephone (if possible - slight additional fee of $1.00 per call applies to cell phone server outage notifications.) We also want out web site members to be able to: Maintain an automated billing and payment center with a private area for each customer or client in your co-branded client's and customer's portal. Maintain a support ticket service for your customer's and client's portal site. Maintain an automated customer service center with a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) system. Set up an infinate number of once-a-day reminder alert emails to keep yourself on top of tasks. Save as infinate number of notes, comments and lists on your virtual scratch pad. Maintain an automated monthly newsletter list for your customers with opt-in/opt-out automation. Can select to send an HTML mail or text based, and uses the same template as a generic page from the customers portal template and color scheme as defined above for html emails. Have an infinite number of clients/customers. Manage these users and their stored information in an efficient manner, with exportable lists. View stored information as reports with graphical charts using jpgraph free edition in an efficient manner, complete with exportable data listings in pdf, rtf, csv, excel, xml and word doc formats of reported data. Send an infinate number of email invoices each month. Send an infinate number of scheduled, recurring invoices each month. Send as infinate number of Adobe Acrobat PDF invoices each month. Export & download an infinate number of invoices to Adobe Acrobat PDF, Microsoft Excel .XLS, RTF files, XML files, Microsoft Word .DOC, or Text-Delimited .CSV files each month. Document sharing: User to customer file delivery, up to ten megs per file, allowing doc, image and standard compression type file formats for upload and delivery to a listing in their target customers homepage. Take part in scheduled and impromptu online flash chats with other small business owners in our private chat room. Member User to Member User Marketplace Classifieds, Member User to member User Auctions user community forum, user's links, member support, calculaters & converters, customer service/support tools A competent object oriented PHP programmer should be able to weave these common components together pretty quickly using open source and publically available PHP classes. I know, because I myself am a Zend Certified Engineer in PHP. I simply don't have time to build this as quickly as I would like to have it built. If you can code this from scratch without using open source so much the better. I will own the code, and will ask you to agree not to use it in a competitive or resold fashion if you take on this project. This code will be my code when it is paid for. Thanks for bidding.
