PHP eBay Misspelled / Typo Auction Search Script

Description:

I need an experienced PHP Programmer / Expert to write a web based eBay
Miss-spelling tool which will take a user provided keyword or group of words and
return an eBay webpage of misspelled variation on the word or group of words.
Former experience designing such a typo tool is expected. (I know there're lots
of eBay typo tool scripts out there on the internet). The script should work
with my eBay Partner Network affiliate program. The final project should provide
2 functionalities:

1. A Web based eBay miss-spelling tool branded on my Website, PHP based, server
side script. (The URL will be provided once the project developer is selected)
2. A downloadable eBay miss-spelling tool script, which can be added to
anyone's website that push/pull data via PHP hosted via my website.

Please Bid only if you can follow my guidelines:

1. Must be able to communicate with me on Yahoo or MSN messenger.
2. This software must be exclusive, that means you can not offer this script to
anybody else.
3. Be specific how are you going to do the work and how long it going to take
for you to complete the work, a Detailed Proposal is required. (An eBay
miss-spelling tool Demo or your former work of such tool would be expected)
4. Open source materials can be added to the project as long as I maintain full
rights over the resulting work.
5. Script must be compatible with my current webhost (yahoo small business)
6. All of the following functionality bellow should be implemented:

Option of searching the following eBay sites: Argentina | Australia | Austria |
Belgium | Brazil | Canada | China | France | Germany | Hong Kong | India |
Ireland | Italy | Korea | Malaysia | Mexico | Netherlands | New Zealand |
Philippines | Poland | Singapore | Spain | Sweden | Switzerland | Taiwan |
Thailand | Turkey | United Kingdom | United States | Vietnam. US should be the
default search.

Search by Category option to limit search:

first, maximum bids first, minimum bids first.
- Price range with a Min Price, Max Price option with user input fields.
- Attach words to Search
- Auto Suggest Completion
- Ending within drop down menu with following options: 1 hour, 2 hours, 3
hours, 4 hours, 5 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, 5 days, 6
days, 7 days, and No Limit as default.

All of these options should be available in the Sample Sites that I listed
