Description:

I am the webmaster but my schedule is pretty tight. I need someone to design
the website. The website would be for an information center (i.e. news, last
minute announcements, calendar of events, etc.) for the deaf community across
the state of Nebraska and around the world.

To give you some better ideas that can be viewed as follows:
http://www.coloradodeaf.com. Of course, I don't want you to clone their design.
I want mine look nicer.
Lastly, I am not a good artist. Needs a nice logo for this website.
