complete it so I need someone to finish up his project. The script is approx 70% complete and just needs to be finished up. The other programmer projected a time consumption of 3-4 hours to complete this. Basically what I need you to do is go through and make sure the functionality is perfect and make a few adjustments to the code. Several features are not working at the moment. For example: The images upload is having trouble. It is supposed to go into a predesigned frame when uploading and doesn't do that. The template needs to be able to be edited. The edit newsletter function is incomplete. The send email function does not work yet. A few other miscellaneous things need to be adjusted. I would like to be able to communicate closely with you while doing this project so if you cannot be frequent contact via an IM please do not bid. The newsletter will look like the attachment. Here is what I wrote at first: ----------------------------------------------------- Ok. Here's what I need: I have an html newsletter that I send out but it is complicated for me tell illigitimate-html people how to use it. So I would like somebody to make me a script that could that enables the text to wrap around the pictures automatically. Basically, I would like to have a place where they edit the text, and then a separate place where they could edit the pictures that are in the newsletter. I'm going to include a little screen shot of what I'm talking about - the look etc. This is for a missions ministry in the philippines so I don't really have a huge budget...I don't care if you mix in code from other programs to make this so long as the code you get is totally legal.
